okdk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okdk ("okdk", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the okdk online casino and sports betting platform, including all related services, features, content, and functionality accessible at okdk.ws and any associated pages or sub-domains.

By registering an account, logging in, or in any way accessing or using the okdk platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the okdk platform. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of location within Bangladesh.

2Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following defined terms apply:

3Eligibility Requirements

To register and use an okdk account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. okdk strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. Age verification may be required at any point.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party, corporate entity, or any other organisation without express written permission from okdk.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false registration details is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• You may only hold one okdk account at any time. Multiple account registration is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of okdk or any affiliated entity or game studio partner.

4Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the okdk platform, you must register an account using your active Bangladesh mobile number. Registration is free and requires no application fee. One account per individual is permitted. By completing registration, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid and active Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. This number is used for account verification, security alerts, and transaction confirmations.
• You must choose a unique, secure password for your account. okdk recommends a password of at least 10 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Your account is for your personal use only. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify okdk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. okdk is not liable for losses caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

KYC and Identity Verification

Before processing a withdrawal for the first time, okdk is required to verify your identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be asked to confirm your name, date of birth, and that the payment method used belongs to you. okdk may request supporting documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent withdrawal processing. This requirement exists to protect account holders and to comply with platform security standards.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

okdk supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively. All wallet balances, bet amounts, winnings, and bonus values are denominated in BDT. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500 across all supported payment methods. There is no maximum single deposit limit for KYC-verified accounts under standard operating conditions, subject to payment provider limits.
• okdk accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits via mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed instantly. Card deposits may take slightly longer to reflect depending on the issuing bank.
• Funds deposited must only originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using another person's bKash or Nagad account — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.
• okdk does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside okdk's control.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method registered on your account. Withdrawals to a different account than the one used for deposit are not permitted.
• First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals from a verified account are processed under standard operating timelines — typically within 1 to 24 hours for mobile money withdrawals under normal conditions.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or placed under review if okdk detects unusual account activity, incomplete KYC, potential policy violations, or circumstances that require additional verification for security purposes.
• Only real money (non-bonus) funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in any withdrawal calculation.

okdk does not charge a withdrawal processing fee for standard withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Processing fees, if any, will be disclosed in the cashier section of your account before you confirm the withdrawal.

6Bonuses and Promotions

okdk offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season. The following terms apply to all bonuses offered on the platform:

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, including a stated wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated at the point of offer.
• Bonuses are credited to your wallet following a qualifying deposit or action as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses are not automatically awarded; they must be claimed through the correct process described in the specific offer.
• okdk reserves the right to void and remove bonus funds (including any winnings derived from bonus funds) if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, registered multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or breached any other platform rule.
• Free spins, where offered, are assigned to specific games and must be used within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Unused free spins expire on the date stated in the promotion and cannot be extended.
• A player may only hold one active welcome bonus. Players who have already claimed a welcome bonus on a previous account (which is itself a policy violation under the one-account rule) are not eligible to claim an additional welcome bonus.

7Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the okdk platform are provided by certified third-party studio partners. The rules governing each individual game — including bet limits, payout structures, side bet options, and live dealer procedures — are determined by the providing studio and are displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet in any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the rules of that game.

Game outcomes for RNG-based games (slots, table games, virtual sports) are produced by certified random number generators that are independently audited for fairness. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical dealer actions on camera in real time. okdk does not and cannot alter game outcomes, payout percentages, or RNG outputs for any individual player or session.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okdk platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of wallet balance, and recovery of any winnings derived from the prohibited activity:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, a family member's name, or any other identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing platform rules.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a way that would not be possible through normal manual operation.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, misconfigured odds, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings derived from exploited errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Depositing funds originating from third-party payment accounts, stolen payment credentials, or any payment method not registered in the player's own name.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or platform staff to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair financial advantage.

9Account Suspension and Termination

okdk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the account for any unlawful purpose.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure under the responsible gaming tools provided by okdk.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance held in the wallet at the time of closure may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a player breach — such as voluntary closure by the player — the remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any applicable checks.

10Responsible Gaming

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okdk's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. okdk is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

okdk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or third-party infrastructure issues may result in temporary unavailability. okdk will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

12Privacy and Data Protection

okdk collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and platform operation. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by okdk's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time via the footer link on the platform.

13Amendments to These Terms

okdk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okdk will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice to active players via the platform or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the okdk platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you should cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use after changes are published constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through okdk customer support should be referred to binding arbitration.
